It took the global pandemic and requirement to wear a mask for many of us to realize how frequently we encountered smiling people. That little gesture was often able to brighten our day, and some medical research even showed that both those that give smiles and those that receive get some mental health benefit from it. While our church members may not be able to spread the smiles as we used to be able to, we do find the way to brighten other people’s days by being creative.
