Today, we tackle one of the toughest God Questions of all, “Why Does God Allow Suffering? Suffering is all around us. We see it on the news, we hear it from our friends and we experience it in our lives. Some suffering is just a momentary inconvenience, other suffering is devastating.
Jesus told His followers in NIV John 16:33 In this world you will have trouble. Jesus says that as long as we are in the world, we will have trouble, we will have pain and suffering. For some people, suffering embitters them against God. For others, suffering draws them closer to God.
What suffering are you experiencing in your life? God wants to answer some questions you may have about suffering. But even more than that, God wants each one person to experience His presence, even in the midst of suffering.
